Benefit Analysis, Inc. (BAI) is a third party administrator located in Nutley, NJ. We specialize in the administration of COBRA and pre-tax plans as well as human resource outsourcing. We serve over 1,000 clients in various industries from both the private and public sectors. We have over 30 employees with many years of experience in various aspects of the employee benefits field. We have extensive knowledge of FSA, HRA, HSA, COBRA, State Continuation, HIPAA, FMLA and compliance, and we know how to apply this knowledge to our FSA administration. We are committed to staying current on all of the applicable laws and compliance changes with continuing education classes, seminars, and IRS and trade publications.

Jack Orr, a principal at BAI, offers a wide range of consulting services including personnel, labor relations, flexible benefits, managed care, group insurance, executive benefits and compliance. He has over thirty years of experience in employee benefits and holds an MBA in Personnel and Labor Relations as well as a BS in Business Management. He has authored articles appearing in the “CPA Journal” and “Retail News.” Jack has conducted numerous seminars on employee benefit issues for various industry and regional organizations, as well as SHRM and Foundation for Accounting Education.

Henry Kong, a principal at BAI, has over 25 years of experience in developing and implementing system processes and procedures in various service and manufacturing companies. In addition, he has over a decade of experience with employee benefits software and systems. He has assisted numerous employers, vendors and providers in all forms of qualified plans and qualified plan discrimination testing. Henry has consulted with clients on plan design, regulatory compliance and funding alternatives. He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering and has conducted many seminars on employee benefit issues, qualified plan administration, flexible benefits and controlling the cost of group insurance.
